Chris Oyakhilome Biography. The Man. The Mentor. The Teacher. And The Philanthropist.

Pastor, faith-healer, author and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also known as Pastor Chris) is the founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also called Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique interpretation of God's Word has inspired millions of people around the world.

Chris: The Pastor Chris: The Man

Angelina, one of the pioneers at the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who instilled her faith in God's grace to her son from the beginning.

The entire family is engaged in the LoveWorld ministry. His brother Reverend Ken is the highly regarded pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which houses a variety of global best-selling gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon is following her father's example of sharing God's Word to the world. Also known by CSO her name, she is a talented, award winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied in Edo College. He then was awarded an award to study architecture at Bendel State University. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. While attending Ambrose Ali University, he received a call from God to go into the ministry and to be an obedient servant of the Lord.

Pastor Chris: The Mentor
The Man of God, while still a student at university started what would become one the most important churches in the world. A small prayer group named Youth for Christ’ was established. It would evolve to become one of the largest and most well-known groups on campus. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions through the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Pastor Chris led the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite TV and Christian production of television. LoveWorldSAT is the first Christian TV station to broadcast from Africa all day, via free-to-air networks. Today, LoveWorld television stations are available on satellite and cable networks across the globe.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. Chris Oyakhilome Family Two Healing Schools are situated in South Africa and Canada. In Canada Pastor Chris hosts special sessions throughout the year that permit miracles to be performed.

Music and Gospel Music play an integral part to worship. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome encourages Christ Embassy Churches to have a choir that is trained by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry and under the direction and direction of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, a lot of the singers are able to have successful solo careers.

The Future African Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an organization that is focused on sustaining the inspirational work of Pastor Chris. Pastor Chris The Philanthropist
A passionate philanthropist Pastor Chris Oyakhilome established the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International (COFI), an non-profit, non-governmental organisation that was founded to assist the most vulnerable individuals and communities in some of the poorest regions and countries of the world.

Alongside preaching the Gospel, as well as preaching the Gospel, Man of God has established NGOs with goals of providing essential aid and hope to vulnerable, needy and forgotten souls. COFI's five partners all have a common goal: to raise living standards and enhance the quality of life in the most disadvantaged areas.
