Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a family of faith, surrounded by loving and loving parents. He is the elder of three sons born to elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founders of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her grace on her son from the age of a child.

The LoveWorld ministry is comprised of the entire family. The Reverend brother of Ken (the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy Houston, Texas Church) and a member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council are his two sisters. KattyWorghiren, the director of LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry is home of several top-selling gospel singers.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon decided to follow her father's lead of sharing the Word of God to the world. The name is CSO (Community Service Organization) She is a gifted gospel singer and a member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts community.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to go to Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he earned an BSc. in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honourary doctorate in divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. He was at Ambrose Ali University when he received a call from God to be a priest and minister to the Lord.

The Man of God was in university, began what would become one the most influential churches in the world. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome A small prayer group named Youth for Christ’ was formed. It would grow to become one of the most well-known groups on campus. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions through the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

The LoveWorld ministry was launched under the direction of Pastor Chris. It's a leader in satellite television, Christian TV production and programming. Music and Gospel Music are also an integral part of worship. Pastor Chris supports Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir to train. Many of the singers are successful soloists under Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's supervision.

The Future African Leaders Foundation(FALF) is an organisation which is focused on the ongoing inspirational work of Pastor Chris. It's focused on developing and rewarding young leaders and helping them become successful in the coming years. The Man of God founded NGOs to offer essential services and provide hope for the poor, in need, and forgotten. Five partners are part of COFI which works together to improve living standards in the poorest regions.


COFI is accountable for the InnerCity Mission ICM for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps VMC, Traumacare International Foundation TCIF, Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) along with the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations works to enhance the health and lives of those in greatest need.

The charity also provides assistance for children in need. Pastor Chris believes in empowering communities by establishing COFI as well as The InnerCity Mission. He promotes good governance, responsible leadership and sustainable development throughout Africa, as well as other parts of the globe and in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals.
