Pastor Author, pastor, faith-healer and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the creator of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, also known as Christ Embassy is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His unique and inspiring interpretation of God’s Word has inspired millions of people around the world.


Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He was the oldest of four children born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her divine grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is comprised of the entire family. Reverend Ken is his brother and is the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church. He is also a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry, which houses a number of top gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is the father of two daughters: Carissa Sharon (Charlene) and Chris. Carissa Sharon is following the way of her father, preaching the Word of God to the world. Also known as CSO She is a gospel singer who has won awards and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Pastor Chris Oyakhilome received his education in Edo College. The Man of God, while still a student at university started what would later become one of the most important church in the world. A small prayer group called Youth for Christ’ was formed. It would develop to become one of the most well-known organizations at the university. Oyakhilome LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions of people with the founding of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.

Pastor Chris was the leader of the LoveWorld ministry to become the pioneer of satellite television and Christian production of television. LoveWorldSAT became the first Christian television channel to be broadcast 24/7 from Africa via free-to -air networks. There are LoveWorld satellite and cable television stations across the globe.

Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris's home country of Nigeria as well as South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. The ministry has two healing schools located in South Africa.

Music and Gospel Music form an integral part in worship. Pastor Chris is adamant Christ Embassy Churches that a choir be trained through Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry. Many of these vocal talents go on to have successful solo careers under the direction of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome who was a committed philanthropist founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as a non-profit, nongovernmental organisation that seeks to help communities in need and those living in the most deprived parts of the world.

In addition to preaching the Gospel In addition, the Man of God has also established a number of NGOs with the a mission of delivering vital aid and hope to vulnerable, needy and forgotten souls. COFI is supported by five partners, each of whom is committed to improving the living standard in the most remote regions.

COFI oversees the InnerCity Mission, ICM for Children as well as the Volunteer Medical Corps and Trauma International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation , and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations strives to improve people's lives as well as their health, spirits and well-being.
