Moments and memories from past time would always find a way to creep into her present. As odd as it seemed, it wasn't the dark moments or bad memories that would depress her. Not the times when they argued, or the times they ignored each other, or even the night he left her. The real pain were the good moments and the joyous memories. They were the things that caused so many questions. Did he really mean everything he said? Did he enjoy the time as much as she did? If he said he did, then why did he leave? And the most important question of all; had he really loved her? There was nothing she could do but wonder, for these questions would never be answered.
