Youtube: How to locate the latest music or songs that are trending in other parts of the world.

This question has been occupying my thoughts for a while. As a citizen of the United States I've been absorbed in pop music culture. Starting with what slippers Dua Lipa is wearing today and concluding with Kanye West admiring his tiniest of a wife. I am a huge fan of pop culture, and all of the participants. I'd be a perfect host for one of these Gossip & Hollywood info-talk shows that feature hosts who spill the undergarments of the most popular stars. They switch to shows that are less well-known celebrities and conclude with flashbacks to the past or sightings from the beginning that haven't been seen around for a while.. The news and gossips would be shared with love, passion, all of it with passion, not like many present hosts who simply smack some info and never connect.

This would allow me to browse Youtube like I was in Spain or Germany. However, it wasn't reliable as such connections can fail or become slow, I found a way to do this. This was very frustrating as I didn't have access to numerous countries, and it was difficult to find reliable sources.
