How to keep current with the music of your home country even though it's been 10 years since you left.

What are you doing? I am a Russki young man who came to America in search of a better life. When I was in Russia I've never been or even near the middle class. I was dirt poor. My family, not me in the sense of. As an adult in Russia the money wasn't an option. We had to find ways of earning money. There are many schemes that look similar to alcoholics asking their neighbors for money to buy their vodka bottles. The idea is similar, we would explore ways to earn a few dollars quickly to purchase an entire loaf of bread. We were always hungry.

So, I landed in America. There's nothing like New York, Brooklyn or Brighton Beach. This place truly reminds of home. It's loud and dirty the people are rude and the place is full of Russian speech. I've spent a lot of money there, mostly going to Russian restaurants, book and music shops.

Music is my love and books are my most loved. Nowadays, it is possible to read Russian literature online, as was the norm in recent years. Therefore, I have stopped buying books in hard copy. My wife, who is almost a hoarder has a small space within her home so I try to avoid buying unnecessary things. Although stacks of books looked intelligent the first few month however, they began to look dull and boring as I realized there was space for other things.


Music is different. I am a huge fan of music since my job requires me to travel for long distances, so I listen to a lot. Even though I'm a Russian-born immigrants, I'm not a fan of American music. I'm not a fan of hip hop, rap, metal, and pop. The latest songs that children like dancing to. I love Russian music, and songs written in jail. They're still in demand after all these years. They put everything on Youtube nowadays. You can find me on Youtube for hours, even after work.

I have a good playlist that includes 300 songs I am in love with. This is my constant friend. I listen to it every day, and I don't have any issues getting it used. There are 300 songs! However, when I want to play the songs in my car, I don't have any Internet to spare. I'm in need of it or to navigate. I make the preparations at home. I'm in the middle now. download videos from youtube I make a few tracks on Youtube, then I convert these mp3s into MP3 files with my laptop. After that, I take that CD to the car and listen. The website I came across can take the Youtube playlist and print all songs. Each song can be converted into mp3 and stored on my personal computer. It's then easy to convert it into an audio CD. Sometimes I'm mistaken and make a data CDs that don't play in my car stereo. It's incredible how technology operates in the event that audio files are recorded. It doesn't require an internet connection to listen to mp3. I simply plug the CDs into the car stereo and music from Russia blasts throughout Manhattan when I drive by.

It's cheap and easy to convert videos from Youtube in mp3 format and you can save them on your Smartphone. A friend of mine hooked his phone to his car stereo and the phone began playing high-quality sound in just a couple of seconds. The phone also streamed Spotify and Pandora radio. This doesn't require a lot of internet bandwidth. It sounds like something I'd like to consider trying. I willhowever be cautious about using wifi that is free.
