Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first Oyakhilome's son, having been born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on 7 th December 1973. While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome got involved in the ministry. The Believers' LoveWorld fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was in the beginning known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer's LoveWorld is a worldwide organization that has millions upon millions of associates around the world is now known as Believers LoveWorld.

The children and communities are supported by the foundation's participative and sustainable interventions. These include child care programmes, child development programmes and strengthening of families.
