Pastor of faith, faith healer writer, and TV host, Chris Oyakhilome, known by his fans as Pastor Chris, is the founder and president of LoveWorld Incorporated, also called Christ Embassy, which is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving, dedicated parents. He was the oldest of four children born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is actively supported by the entire family. Reverend Ken is Ken's brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is the director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This ministry houses a variety of gospel artists that are the top-selling globally.

Pastor Chris has two daughters: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied at Edo College before winning a scholarship to study architecture at Bendel State University, known now as Ambrose Ali University, where the student earned a BSc in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from the Benson Idahosa University. While at Ambrose Ali University, he got his calling from God to join the ministry and be a servant to the Lord.
