Pastor and faith healer. Author. Television host. Chris Oyakhilome is also known to his followers under the name Pastor Chris. He is the president and founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. He has inspired millions of people around the world with his distinctive telling of God's Word.

Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, grew up in a family that was a faith-based one, and was surrounded by loving and loving parents. He is the oldest child of Elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was the pioneer of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of Oyakhilome families, who passed her divine grace on her son from an early age.

The entire family is involved in the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is his brother and the revered pastor at Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church. He is also a member the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry which has a host of gospel top-selling artists.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon chose to follow in her father's footsteps of sharing the Word of God with the world. Also known as CSO (Community Service Organization), she is a gifted gospel singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts community.

Chris Oyakhilome Family Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was educated at Edo College. He then was awarded an award to study architecture in Bendel State University. He is a recipient of an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. While at Ambrose Ali University, he was prompted by God to join the ministry and to be an ambassador for the Lord.

The Man Of God was an undergraduate student at the time he founded the church which would soon grow into one of largest in the world. His small prayer group, 'Youth for Christ,' would soon be one of the university's most well-known groups. These would go on to form LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with millions of followers.

Chris Oyakhilome Under Pastor Chris's leadership, LoveWorld became a pioneer of satellite television and Christian programming. LOVEWORLDSAT was first Christian television station that broadcast from Africa throughout the day on free-to air channels. Oyakhilome Today, there are LoveWorld television stations on satellite and cable networks throughout the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. The ministry operates two healing schools located in South Africa.

Music as well as Gospel Music are also an integral part of worship. Pastor Chris is a strong advocate for Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry choir training. Many of these singing artists are soloists who have achieved success under Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's direction.

The Man of God created a number of NGOs to provide essential services and provide hope for the poor, in need and neglected. Five partners form part of COFI which works together to raise living standards in the poorest regions.

COFI oversees the InnerCity Mission, ICM for Children as well as the Volunteer Medical Corps and Trauma International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation , and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organisations strives to improve health, lives, and spirits, especially those most at risk.

The charity also provides food for children who are in need. Pastor Chris believes in strengthening communities by establishing COFI as well as The InnerCity Mission. He promotes good governance, responsible leadership and sustainable development in Africa as well as other regions of the world, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
