Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving parents who were devoted to their children. He was the oldest of four children born to the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the mother of the Oyakhilome family who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son from an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is actively supported by the entire family. His brother Reverend Ken is the renowned pastor of Christ Embassy's Houston, Texas Church and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of top gospel artists in the world.

Pastor Chris has two kids, Carissa Sharon und Charlene. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Carissa Sharon has decided to follow her father's example of sharing the Gospel of God with the world, also called CSO, she is a talented, award-winning gospel singer and part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his education at Edo College. After a scholarship was granted to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) He received the BSc degree in Architecture, and an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to be a minister and serve the Lord.

The ministry has two Healing Schools located in South Africa. These schools are where Pastor Chris hosts sessions throughout the year that allow miracles to take place.

Music and Gospel Music are also an important part of the worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry trained choirs. Many of these singers can become successful solo artists through the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's guidance and spirit.

The Man of God founded NGOs to offer vital services and bring hope for the poor, in need and neglected. COFI has five partners who support it, all of whom are dedicated to improving living standards in the most remote regions.

Under the auspices COFI are the InnerCity Mission (ICM) for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) as well as the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations strives to enhance the lives of individuals, health, spirits and well-being.

His charitable organization also provides nutrition for children in need. Pastor Chris is a firm believer in the importance of solid communities through COFI, The InnerCity Mission and the promotion of good governance, accountable leadership and sustainable development both in Africa and other vulnerable regions around the globe, as per the Sustainable Development Goals.
