Rami Beracha's tips are based in his own personal experiences. Rami was a young man who chose to pursue a degree in Law. Though he wasn't sure if it was the best path to pursue, he decided to continue his legal studies, graduated with a Master’s in New York and worked as an intern in a law company abroad. He realized that he had a passion more for business than he did law while working for an Wall Street law firm. He quit his job and relocated to France to take on an MBA.

After graduating in the year 1996, Beracha began her career at the Venture Capital Fund Pitango, the largest venture capital investment fund in Israel. Pitango works with companies in the beginning stages of development, with a focus on the core areas within the high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and has made over 85 exits. Rami was made managing partner in the year 2000. In the 18 years that followed the company was involved in a variety of deals that resulted in successful exits to large corporations in the Fortune 500 like Broadcom, Marvel and Cisco.
Then he didn't stop there. In 2011 Globes gave Beracha the "Esteemed Partner" award, recognizing him as the influential investor that he had become. In 2014 Rami established a new company called Sosa. Sosa has innovation centres in New York, Tel Aviv and Tel Aviv. Here they help innovative high-tech firms partner with entrepreneurs around the world seeking to work with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was selected recently to build and oversee the New York City's cyber centre.

In the wake of the Abraham Accords that Israel and the United Arab Emirates recently signed, he believes it is the perfect opportunity to invest in the Arab market. Dubai is the perfect starting point, because it is a wealthy city and modern. Ender Ventures, his latest fund is an idea that which he is working on. It's going to be able to draw European and Israeli investors to invest in high-tech UAE businesses working on artificial intelligence, VR, robotics and more. Although Rami Beracha seems to be successful in all he has done, it wasn't always simple. Beracha, just like many Israelis, entered the army as an untrained soldier. He was an Paratrooper's Brigade Combat Soldier and fought through The Lebanon War. Rami joined a rescue party that was sent to help soldiers injured in a wild minefield in 1983. It was just following the end of war. Rami unfortunately stepped on hidden mines and fell, losing his foot and his hand.

His hospital stay was one of his most challenging experiences. He was unable and unwilling to get up and about, and ultimately began to feel depressed and hopeless. The dreams of becoming an army officer did not materialize and he lost all sense of self. Rami's suffering allowed him to discover the drive and passion to live his life and create new dreams. He was determined to get better and stronger than before the injuries. Rami decided to take on extreme sports. Today, Rami enjoys kitesurfing (and snowboarding), and has even been on the mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. He frequently feels the unrestrained previous life pushing him to the limit and racing him.

He volunteers for many organizations and donates to. He is enthusiastic about helping young men who suffered from combat injuries. In 2016 Rami took the group of men who sustained injuries while on army service on a trip to Nepal. He was promoted to the rank of major both in the Israeli paratrooper ranks and the fire brigades. He was able to realize his childhood dreams despite all the challenges. His story and passion can be a source of inspiration for others. Rami didn’t let his injuries hinder her. He kept trying new things, learning and growing until he became stronger than before.
