The biggest mistake we make is to assume complete agreement in our expectations but never bother to understand the expectations of our partner. One thing we can agree on is that our partner does not miss the chance to expand this expectation gap ..... There's nobody to warn us about the imminent conflict.

There are a myriad of causes that can cause communication issues. Square personalities tend to be more susceptible to miscommunication than liberal individuals, and aggressive personalities may have difficulty aligning their expectations with those of passive personalities. This isn't difficult to spot as we are all aware of the distinction between squared and liberal, and active from passive.
What happens if they're totally different? They'll not be aware of that. Imagine to yourself that there exists a sort of personality gap that exists, but which is not even noticed by us. Nobody has ever found it or warned about it, nor investigated it. !
Let me introduce you ladies and gentlemen, to the new type of personality that we all share the FULL CIRCLE characters as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE individuals. !

The "half of a circle" people on the other side need an accomplice. They won't let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. To create a happy circle, they be able to almost join the victims... however, don't allow them to do this absurdity of living together! The Halves will not accept any less than gazing at one another from a distance. Only intimacy can satisfy their need to connect with each other and make an entire.
A fascinating observation between the kinds is the way they choose to leave their partner. The whole circle is likely to get rid of a partner who has lost their chemistry quickly. The half-circle kind of person will redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They will say that they're 'holding onto this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with an upgraded version.
Imagine the incredible dance between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. However, by the fact that he pushed the Half from his comfort zone .... The Half is sure that the Full made an innocent mistake. When he kindly compensate with another step forward, the Full begins to be irritated and take a further, more significant step backward.. The Half starts to think that there is something sinister regarding what's happening this time and his next move isn't exactly gentle.. The Full.. The Half.. The Half and the Full are pissed of off each other. They don't know why but they lack proper terminology and can't explain it. Therefore, they head to the wrong places. The victims could have been spared had they known that the one they are looking for is Half and the other is full.

Although there isn't a single solution, there are some steps you can adopt.
1. Learn who you truly are
2. Find out who you are with
3. Recognize the difference.
3. Respect the differences!
