Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha

Rami Beracha has created this blog to explore the business of venture capital. Rami is Co-Founder of Sosa.
Miscommunication is a big issue. It could be a dangerous hazard and is entirely our fault. It starts a second after making contact with someone and then ends with an amazing explosion...
The biggest mistake we make is when we believe that there is complete alignment in each other's expectations and do not even try to understand the expectations of our partner. One thing we can be sure of that our partner will not miss an opportunity to increase this expectation gap . There's no one to tell us about the upcoming conflict.
There are a variety of reasons for communication issues. They are usually related to our personas. Square personalities are more likely to communicate in a misguided manner than liberal personalities, while individuals who are aggressive may have trouble aligning their expectations with those of passive individuals. This is easy to recognize - everyone knows squared from moderate and passive from aggressive.

What if they're completely different? Only they won't realize that. Imagine if there's a gap in personality. Nobody has ever found it, warned about or investigated it. !

Ladies and gentlemen! Let me present to you a brand new personality kind that we all have in common. The personalities of the FULL CIRCLE are different from the HALF CLIRCLE characters. !
Note: A behavioral guideline as you read the following analysis, attempt to determine which one of the two personalities most accurately describes you as well as look for out the person who your life partner is. If you realize that you are of different kinds - as Bono sings "we are all one, but we're not the same" - then you should be very happy because you may have just discovered the cause of many of your differences! If, however, you are identical in your appearance I'm sorry to say that I can't help but to explain why your relationships look so awful.

And here we go...
Humans can be divided into two categories. Some of us can be divided into two categories one of which is self-contained and others feel totally at home. He requires a companion. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... But, he won't be able survive without the right companion. When he finds the person of his dreams and is ready to spend his entire life with his - hopefully full circle of friends.
Other people are those who are "half-acircle" kinds. They will not let go of their miserable animal when they discover it. They'll try to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves will never sacrifice their love for each other. They will look at each with the same gaze from the distance for the rest of their lives. Nothing less intimate can give them the desire to connect with the other half and create an entire.
An interesting observation between the two types of people is the decision to leave an individual partner. Someone who has lost their chemistry within the circle will be released in a natural way by the entire circle. The half-a–circle' types on the other side will redefine the idea of having an chemistry' with their partner to be: 'I'm hanging the B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him in a proper manner'.
Imagine the incredible dance between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . Although the Half thinks that the Full made an innocent wrong move, and he kindly compensated by making another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to feel irritated. Both understand why, but aren't using the correct terminology. They can't properly explain their feelings, so they search for the wrong thing. If only they knew that one half is half and the other one is Full, it could have saved their lives ...

This essay doesn't have a conclusive conclusion. However, it does contain a few actions items.
Rami Beracha
1. Find out who you are.
2. Discover who is your true partner is
3. Be aware of the differences.
3. Be respectful of the differences!
Let's be honest and say that there's only one way to go: Live and let be.
