'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha's blog is about the venture capital market. Rami is also the Co-Founder at Sosa.
Communication is one of the biggest issues. It's a minefield that we've made. It starts one second after the initial contact is made with someone and ends with a massive explosion...
Rami Beracha
The biggest error we make is that, for no reason at all, we always presume that there is a complete alignment in the expectations of both sides without trying to pick our partner's brain to understand what his expectations of us are. There is however one thing we can almost always are in agreement on: he won't ignore the chance ....to expand the expectations gap. There isn't anyone on the planet to warn us to the upcoming confrontation.
Rami Beracha
There are many causes of confusion. They're usually due to our personal personality. Square personalities are more likely be miscommunicative with liberals. People who are aggressive may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive personalities. This isn't difficult to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.
However, what do you think if they're very different, but they do not recognize that. It's possible that there exists an individual gap in personality that we do not know about. It's never been discovered or reported on or investigated by anyone. !
Let me introduce to you, ladies and gentlemen the new type of personality that we share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people from the half circle! !
Note: This study provides guidelines for behavior. Try to figure which personality best describes who you are, and then try to find out who your partner is. If you discover that you are of different kinds, then you should be content. This could be the reason for some of your differences. If however, you're two of the same type and you're both of the same type, then I can't help but to provide a reason for the reason why your relationships appear so terrible.
Let's get started...
There are two types of human beings: humans. There are two types of humans one of which is the "full circle" type, who is totally self-contained and is completely comfortable being by themselves. He needs a partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... But, he can survive without his dream partner until he gets it. He will continue to live his life side by side with his partner until he finds one.
The "half of a circle" people on the other side need an accomplice. They'll never let go of the idea once they've found their unhappy companion. They'll try to live with their victim as if were one of them, and will not let go of the idea of living together. They will not compromise their desire to be capable of looking at each with each other for the rest of their lives. Their desire to be one with their partner and make a complete unit can only be fulfilled by things that aren't as intimate.
Interesting observation between the two types: the decision to let a partner go. The full circle will typically release themselves quickly from the person he has lost his chemistry with. The "half-a-circle" kind of person will redefine what it means to have an enmity with their partner. They will say that they are 'holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with a better version.
Rami Beracha
Imagine to yourself the unbelievable dance taking place in the moment a "half-a-circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make one each other the other's partner, but not aware of their different geometries. The Half makes two steps forward far beyond the comfort zone of the Full, who considers this unwelcome invasion of his personal space bit too intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half move out of his familiar zone ...... The Half is aware that the Full made an innocent error, so they take another step backwards.. However, the Half soon becomes upset and takes an even bigger and more aggressive step.. Both know why but lack proper language. They can't properly explain their frustration, and so they search at the wrong things. They could have saved their lives by being aware that one is Half and the other one is Full.
Rami Beracha
This essay does not have a conclusive conclusion. However it does include some action items.
1. Find out who you really are
2. Learn about your partner
3. Be aware of the difference.
3. Be respectful of the differences!
Rami Beracha
One conclusion can be drawn"Live and let live..
