Miscommunication is a big issue. It's a minefield caused by us. It starts just seconds after our first interaction with someone and culminates in an incredible explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, for no reason at all, we always assume complete alignment in the expectations of both parties without even trying to get our partner's brain to understand what his expectations from us are. One thing we can be sure of, however: the other party doesn't waste any chance to widen this gap . And no one is there to inform us about the imminent conflict.

There are many potential causes of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by the differences in our personalities. People who are squared are more likely than those with liberal personalities to be misinformed, while individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty in coordinating expectations with passive. It is simple to identify as everyone can tell the difference between the liberal, and passive from the aggressive.

However, they might not be aware that they're so different. Imagine to yourself that there's a type of a personality gap which exists, but we don't know about. Nobody has ever noticed it, warned others about it, studied it...NOT FREUD! !
Let me introduce to you, gentlemen and ladies, a new type if personality that we all share: the FULL-CIRCLE personality versus people who belong to the HALF circle! !

Note : This is a behavioral guidance. After reading the following analysis, you should try to discover which you are the most like in your character. At the same time you should determine the person who your partner in real life. If you find that you're of two distinct kinds, as Bono declares "we're one , but we're not the same" If you do, then you ought to feel happy. It is possible that you have discovered the cause of some of the differences in your life! If you're of the opposite kind, I'm sorry I can not help you understand the reasons your relationships look like crap.

So, here we take a look...
There are two kinds of human beings: humans. There are two kinds of human beings one of which is the "full circle" kind, who is completely self-contained and completely comfortable being by themselves. Sure, he's required to be with someone and he's in search of one. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he'll never be able survive without the right companion. When he finds the right person then he'll be able to live the rest of his life with his complete circle partner.
Half-a-circle people make up the remaining half of humankind. They will not let go after they have found their miserable companion. They'll attempt to live with their victim as if they were one of them and will not let go of the idea of living together. The Halves aren't content with anything less than staring at one another from zero distance for the rest. They won't accept anything less intimate to satisfy their desire to be integrated with each other and make a complete.
One interesting difference between the two is the choice to end a relationship. The full circle is likely to be quick to let go of the person they've lost chemistry with. The half-circle kind of person will redefine what it means to have an enmity with their partner. They'll claim that they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they can replace him with an version.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs between a "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. But the problem is that he did the Half step out of his comfort area ...... The Half realizes that the Full made an error that was not his fault, and he makes another step backward.. However, the Half is soon upset and starts to make the same step.. They can understand why, but because they don't have the right language, they aren't able to adequately explain their rage and go towards the wrong direction. If only they knew that one of them is Half and the other one is Full, it could have saved them ...
This essay does not have an end-to-end conclusion. However it does contain some action items.
