Job Description
Executive assistant
Ottawa, ON
Our client in the financial sector is currently seeking a Executive assistant to start immediately. This is a temporary opportunity for 2 months with the possibility of extension.
The Role:
Review all files to ensure accuracy (i.e. proofreading)
Perform general administrative duties including: photocopying, scanning, filing etc.
Prepare various reports and presentations and other correspondence
Retrieve and compile data and materials necessary to complete forms of communication
Update various databases and enter data
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong grammatical skills
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Superior interpersonal skills as you will be required to communicate with internal staff
