A small, very well established consumer service company in the financial service area is looking for a Customer Service person to join their team. Primary responsibility of this position is customer service, related tasks and inventory inputs and reports.

Job Duties:
Data entry for sales orders, purchase orders and inventory control
Communicating with customers to provide answers on a timely basis
EDI transactions daily depending on customer requirements
Maintain customer account information and input new customers
Run monthly computer reports and distribute as required
Maintain customer quote files and issue to customers as required
Provide customers with basic product help

Requirements:
Fluent English and French would be helpful but not necessary
1-2 years customer service experience
Strong on customer service, verbal and written communications
EDI trained and comfortable using multiple systems
Good with MS Office suite of applications
College Diploma

Offered:
$35,000 plus benefits and pension after one year
Workweek 40 hours
