How To Add Herobrine To Minecraft Java Edition

Herobrine is a strange entity found in the depths of Minecraft's history. Many an ambitious Minecraft player has sought to uncover the secrets of Herobrine's origins and the subsequent truth to summoning him in their own Minecraft worlds. So many hopes, only for them to be dashed by a simple truth: Herobrine does not exist in Minecraft, and cannot be summoned. Not to fret, for in this guide, we'll be going through how you can add Herobrine to your Minecraft worlds in these easy-to-follow steps. This guide is only applicable to Minecraft: Java Edition for PC.



How to prepare for Herobrine



1. To do this, you will need the Java Edition Minecraft. Mojang has it for $27. If you're not already fully prepared, check out this guide on how to mod Minecraft: Java Edition. This guide is going to be discussing mods. Mods can be a great way for you to make your favorite games more fun and give them new life. However, it can be difficult to set up the mods. 2. How to add Herobrine to your game



1. Once you have mods enabled, you will need to choose a mod to try. There are hundreds of mods, but I chose two that feature Herobrine From Curse Forge.


Only go to trusted sources for mods. Curse Forge is an official supported site for Minecraft mods. This is an important aspect to remember when you're browsing.





The first mod, a popular and well-loved Herobrine Mod, has not been updated in quite a while. It may not be compatible with newer Minecraft versions.


The second mod I chose is a more up-to-date Herobrine mod, but it hasn't hit the same levels of popularity as the former.


1. Whenever you choose your mod, click the "Download" button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Unless you modify it, it will automatically start downloading to your Downloads folder.





Navigate to the Downloads folder with File Explorer on your PC.


Find the mod you have just downloaded. It'll be a.jar file.





1. Once you've found the mod, we'll want to move the ".jar" file of the mod from the Downloads folder into the mods folder of Forge. You can find it by typing "C:UsersyournameAppDataRoaming.minecraft" into the File Explorer's address bar and replacing "yourname" with your profile's name.


2. There are a few different ways to move the ".jar" file to your mods folder, but the easiest one is to right-click on the ".jar" file and find the "Copy" option.


3. Once you've clicked copy, navigate to the mods folder that I detailed above.


4. Once you have navigated into the mods/ folder, right-click the empty space in that folder and choose the paste option. After a while, you'll see the ".jar” files appear in the mods/ folder.





1. Your mod now installed, go ahead, and open the Minecraft Launcher to begin playing.


You should change your profile to reflect the version of Forge where you have installed the mod. This is how you can quickly switch between vanilla and modified Minecraft versions.


2. To change your profile to Forge, click the dropdown arrow located at the bottom of screen to the right of the "Play" button. Simply select the version you wish to use after that.





Click the "Play” button to get started! The fun of mods is that you can experiment with different mods and combinations to get the perfect style that you want.
