Mr. Emmanuil grinshpun from South Carolina, Georgia and Florida is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Kazakshtan
He is a key contributor to the security and well-being of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership between America and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Grinshpun began his career working in business in 1994. He was a Regional manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association". It was a company that concentrated on the marketing and production of metals. From 1998 to 2004 he was a member the the Board Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This international rated company produces more than 1,000,000 tons annually. Since 2004, working closely with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, he was engaged in the active pursuit of the trade of products produced by the steel mill in Moldova.

Together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the biggest natural gas suppliers and producers worldwide) Mr. Grinshpun was involved in an energy-related project of major importance to the Moldovan Region in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun Mr.Grinshpun is a participant in the society's social policy. He is a member in the European Jewish Parliament (EJP) and founder. He is also a member of the board of the Jewish community in Moldova, and holds the office of President of Jewish Congress of Moldova.
