ok so what i like love and y i want to stay with mom ame with dad ok so with mom its a new start i can bond with mom its a bigger town i have my step brother might living with me i have a pool free to use and a basket ball court i do have a bed time at 10:00 i can be up in the house only watching tv same at dads unless he is still up i do have the same in plainview but i dont no any one who will play b ball with me in lubbock there are a lot in the apartments i do feel like i was pushy and didnt come out with it right on the phone i no u and mom have yalls diff and im tierd of the hate full ness at the house and there are good times at the house i do respect the fact of u trying to do whats best for me and mom is a really good mother u might no belive it but i do u are to dad but im loseing time to do more im not saying its ur fault to be int the small town but i have more chances in school and lubbocks not bad and at ur house i love g being there u trying to support me and kaiyden and g trying to but the house with get crouded and i just want u to no i do love u and u have to look at it this is the best for me and when u got o lubbock u can vist and i can go down the to see u during the summer but please just let me live with mom she has done bad and good so have u and its really time for me to move on to live with mom i am sorry that i was rude and on text but please just trust me i no what im losing my friends my fam but look at it this way im closer to my girl and mom and step bro and my friends down here in lubbock and dont take it to court until the end of summer or never but i do have the right to chose and the more i get older the more i have to say i love u think about it and dont look at it from ur perspecive look at it at myn plz i beg u
