We've just released version 3.4.20.0 of the launcher, which includes beta support for ARM devices, and also preparations for multilanguage and translation support.
Previously ATLauncher didn't work too well with ARM devices, but with this update, we've added support for running Minecraft on ARM devices. We have tested it extensively and it should be able to work. However, if you are using an ARM device and are experiencing issues, please contact us in Discord to inform us. We now fully support ARM devices.
We've been working on making the launcher compatible with multi-language languages. While we aren't there yet, we're getting close. The last step is to get the translations up to date so that the UI can be adjusted to accommodate different languages. If you're fluent in English or another language and want to contribute to translating the launcher, visit the CrowdIn page. Feel free to reach out in the #translations channel on our Discord channel.
Jul 11, 2022 Mojang accounts are not available online anymore
We're currently experiencing multiple issues that are being reported where users are unable to login to online servers anymore using their non-migrated Mojang account.

It seems as though Microsoft has ended support for Mojang accounts and to play on online servers currently, you have to migrate your account to an Microsoft account as the legacy API's that are used to manage sessions within the game work.
This could be a bug however it is more likely it's intentional. You will no longer be able to sign in to servers on the internet using Mojang accounts.
May 18, 2022 CurseForge Modpacks Project Distribution Tggle
When CurseForge announced that an official api was coming to third parties to use however, there was a caveat. CurseForge projects would be able to choose whether third party downloads are allowed for their projects. CurseForge mods can now choose to stop distribution to third-party clients.
This change is in effect as of today. Modpack downloads from CurseForge.
Modpacks that contain mods that prevent third parties from downloading them might require additional steps to download the mods manually via your browser in order to complete the installation process.
Similar processes will be followed in any mods that are added to instances created by CurseForge also.

May 17, 2022 - Modrinth Modpacks Are Available
Modrinth Modpacks have now launched in an Alpha state.
For those not unfamiliar, Modrinth is a mod (and now modpack) platform as an alternative to CurseForge. Modrinth is open-source and has lots of active development. It's exciting to see the progress made by Modrinth. To find out more about Modrinth and what they're doing go to modrinth.com.
The latest is that Modpacks are now available for upload and downloaded from Modrinth. ATLauncher supports exporting instances in Modrinth format for upload to Modrinth as well as downloading and installing already-made packs.
