In the past, there have been attempts at making Minecraft things that are real by creating recreations of a piston using Lego. It's impossible to recreate redstone, the mysterious material capable of almost anything, and create gadgets and devices with it. Or is it?
Hecbac is a Redditor who has been working on these devices for over two years, and has delivered some amazing results. Info While dispensers were their initial work, they later made the redstone systems modular. This makes it work similar to as it is in the game.
Hecbac's latest video showcases a complete, working circuit. It stops an adorable little sheep and triggers the block as well as some powerful pistons. The video concludes with a range of blocks, though we are fairly certain that the TNT block is a standard block. It's quite impressive and even more so since it's something Hecbac does in their free time.
The modular nature of Heblac's creations could easily be turned into a wide range of toys, however they've also previously said that making it a business will take away the fun of creating. We'll have to be awed by the intricate and stunning Minecraft redstone creations for the time being. The talent and creativity of the Minecraft community continues to amaze.
In other news, an incredible new adventure was released yesterday titled Spellcraft that adds in new enemies as well as a spell system. And the best part is that it's free.
