We've seen several Minecraft designs inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Reddit but the most recent could be our favorite. MINECRAFT SERVER LIST Both games can be played as diamonds and sticks. This is what it appears to be, at least if you look at the Minecraft building community on the subreddit every now and again.
Reddit user lg_cuber got started by sharing a prototype of the Temple of Time on the subreddit. It turns out, though that this doesn't give a hint of what they're trying to accomplish. While the temple is certainly impressive but it turns out they're actually recreating the entirety of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in Minecraft.
The builder explained that Steve felt too small if the game were recreated at 1:1 scale. It will be very close to that scale, but it will feel more natural in Minecraft. WorldEdit is a mod that lets you to copy and paste regions and fill them with blocks. WorldEdit can be used to rotate entire buildings which is extremely useful. They're also using WorldPainter. (Don't think about how long it would take if you tried it brick by brick.
Another player who decided to take on the challenge of remaking Breath of the Wild in Minecraft decided against releasing the map as they were worried about it being flagged for copyright violations. LG_cuber doesn't seem to be worried about this and plans to make it available for download once it is complete.
In other news, Minecraft's initial 1.19 snapshot is now available, and we've received some lovely mangrove builds as a result. We don't have an official Minecraft 1.19 release date yet however we do have a handy link you can click to learn more about it.
