We're rolling out the red carpet for exciting developments for the Minecraft Earth closed beta! We'd like to extend a warm welcome to all Android users, who will be able to join the fun as the next phase of the closed beta rolls out. This rollout will continue throughout the week. We are adding a new feature, too: rubies. Rubies are a currency in the game that can be earned by everyone playing the game. They let you purchase buildplates during closed beta. Android users will soon be able to purchase rubies during the closed beta. However, iOS users don't have to fret - we're working on this feature! Rubies, regardless of whether you purchase or earn them, are linked to your Xbox Live account and will remain with you until Early Access and beyond!
Most of the same rules apply from our previous post regarding the iOS closed beta. You'll need to log in every 7 days to keep your account active , and you'll have to sign up for an invite.
