You can play all ray-tracing worlds and maps on Realms and servers alongside other gamers who are using cross-platform Minecraft Bedrock game clients (e.g. Minecraft on Nintendo Switch), and players can work together, create and explore with others. Players who use Minecraft with RTX will have their experience enhanced by the Physically Based Rendering texture package. This pack works with the raytraced effects in order to enhance your experience. On other platforms, players will see Minecraft's standard visuals.
By utilizing the power of Ray Tracing and Physically Based Rendering, you'll be able to create stunning scenes using lighting, shadows and effects that run at previously unimagined levels of detail and precision creating stunning worlds that will make jaws drop.
To show the potential of Minecraft's raytracing we've teamed up with game designers to craft free ray-traced worlds each with its distinctive textures, designs and gameplay mechanics.
