Structure World Gen Help!

This may be a long shot,
I've designed a minigame not so mini for a group of people.
My data pack works fine. The issue lies with the seed I've picked for the server and getting the custom structure that I've designed to generate close by, within 325 radius of 0.
It's always producing outside of the international limit of 650. I've tried 20+ different salts (structure specific seeds?)
Seed I have chosen "4860025414644381017"
Biomes that can be spawned: Plains, Forest, Flower Forest.
Generates on surface during World Surface generation
No Exclusion zones
Below is the file I believe is interesting containing the "salt" value.

AFK datapack
Hey!
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or could help in creating a datapack which could include an afk timer in the scoreboard. I run an online server with my friends and we love to keep track of our play times. However, some of our friends play for hours to enjoy the most time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
/Trigger
Whenever i use any datapacks on my server, i always need to use /trigger. For example, If i wanted to teleport to spawn, i need to type "/trigger spawn" rather than just "/spawn". Im wondering how i disable the need to type in /trigger. I assume its possible, as im on servers where you dont need to do this. Im running my server with apex hosting. Any help would be greatly appreciated
