To Calculate the 11 Eyes Portal

Trailer Thumbnail 2 Crack CUDA/Nvidia GPU - Released! A new boinc project called trailertcrack has been deployed, it aims at cracking the seed for the Thumbnail 2 of the Trailer video of Minecraft (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmB9b5njVbA), this is currently the last one missing so we can fully reproduce the original trailer within Minecraft in higher quality right in time for the 10th anniversary of this iconic piece of Minecraft history. (we have the majority of the seeds and this is a working project).



This app is exclusively GPU-based and will be rewarded with 3333 credits. We currently support Windows and Linux 64 bits for NVIDIA CPUs (we utilize cuda).

We didn't announce the debut of OneChunk SSG here even though we've teased it previously, so this post is an announcement of it as an official announcement. This is our first CPU project and 2500 credits will be given by tasks, as they have all been designed to last around the same amount of time. The reward calculation is determined by the current task's duration, power draw of the CPU and the previous GPU credit attribution.



This is a long-awaited game that is designed to locate all seeds with 11 eyes that are strongholds for Minecraft 1.7/1.8.



Context



To put it in perspective In Minecraft you will find an entrance that allows you to travel to the end dimension to defeat the final boss, known as the dragon ender. This portal needs 12 tokens (eyes of the ender) to lit up, fortunately some portal contain those tokens already in place from 0 to 12. If you insert 12 tokens, the portal, it lights up and you can walk through, however there's a catch in Minecraft 1.8 and below, 12 tokens that were pre-placed did not light up the portal by themselves, so we're looking for the best alternative 11 tokens/eyes!



Technical Details:



There are many things that need to be done to compute the 11 eyes portal. We first employed an underlying lattice to determine the 11 eyes portal combination. Then, we reversed it to create what we call a population seeds. Now, on Boinc we are trying to find Strongholds that can generate portal rooms using the population seed. If you're confused by that last part let me make it a bit clearer that is, we can't reverse the process completely, so we employ the midpoint strategy , where we can determine if the numbers are valid and were reversed. Then we must simulate forward a layout as we match the numbers we previously found.

As the client needs a bit more data we offer it via an API hosted at ssg.seedfinding.com.



Onward : The current tasks (around 1.9M) will last us about 100-200 days and will yield about 200GB of data which will be processed directly on the server to give us the best seed.

Neil 13 Aug 2021, 21:14.40 UTC * Discuss OneChunk CPU In Testing (X86_64 & the ARM64) This week marks the period where we finally begin to create tasks and test the OneChunk CPU application in a real BOINC environment. If tonight's and tomorrow's testing proves that these tasks can be tested and validated, and that our work-gen/task-data creation system functions as expected, we'll be capable of rolling it out to our main server at [email protected] as a Beta App'. We've had another delay in the past month since my last update. The reason for this is that 'Sia' has not implemented the features we wanted to use, and also some of our developers have been traveling in the past few weeks.

On the positive side, we will now be checking the seeds for the 11-Eye dungeons of version 1.7 and 1.8 simultaneously and our code has had significant modifications to the order of 'filtering' and the way it works to identify these special seeds and spawns required for the Super Speedruns / OneChunk challenges.



Below is a picture of my Raspberry Pi 4 (2.025GHz) running 4 tasks concurrently. We will alter the time estimate due to a known configuration issue, however, each task will take 4 hours on an RPi. For instance that on a 5800X it takes approximately 1.5 hours per task per core.



For our BOINCers and those interested in running BOINC on a Raspberry Pi 4 (64bit) Please be aware that the latest Debian Repos / Raspbian 64bit OS images are having issues with BOINC. minecraft servers This could appear as the BOINC client / BOINC manager stating that you do not have "GUI-RPC" password or permissions and can make the process of getting the BOINC GUI running more difficult than it should be.
