We can definitely help you out with that. So we can come to your place and fix it for $X. If you need it done right now, we can also fix it remotely for $X. However, most of our customers choose our support plans since they cover you for a year, include a number of on-site visits, and even come with unlimited remote support, so you get as many tuneups and virus removals as you want. 1. "I'd prefer to just try you guys out first."
Sure, no problem. When your service is finished, the system will ask if you want to roll this service into a support plan. We’ll take into account what you’ve already paid us, so it’ll be fairly cheap to upgrade to whatever plan you want. Just remember to look for the upgrade option after the service is done.

2. "What if my problem isn't resolved? / Do you have a warranty?"
Our Geekatoo Guarantee says that if we can’t help, you don’t pay. Plus, we guarantee our work for 30 days, so if you have the exact same problem again we’ll come back out at no charge.

3. "How do I know your company is reliable?"
“Great question. We have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, 91% of our rated jobs have a 5-star rating, plus you can Google articles about us if you want to read up on our business. We’ve been operating since 2010, and we know when growing a business it’s super important to make every customer as happy as possible. Plus, with our Geekatoo guarantee, if we can’t help, you don’t pay.”

4. "Isn't it cheaper to just get a one-time service or fix?"

“Actually no. A one-time service is $99/$129/$X, so you’re looking at a total of $99/129/$X today. If you get our gold plan, you’re actually paying only $98 today. After that, it’s only $19/month for 3 yearly in-home visits and unlimited remote support, so you can call us every day if you wanted to for tune-ups and virus removals.”

BUSINESS PLANS
“Actually no. A one-time service is priced at $79 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. If you get our Pro plan, you'll be paying $99 a month, but you get the benefit of unlimited remote support and 10 on-site services whenever you need them, rather than having to pay $79 an hour for the one time service with no remote support.”

5. "Are you Geek Squad / Are you affiliated with Geek Squad?"
“No, we’re their direct competitor. We do everything they do but better, plus our services are about 30% cheaper.”

6."Are parts included in the price?"
“Our prices cover labor only. If the Geek needs to purchase a part, they’ll ask you first if it’s okay, give you an estimate on price, find it cheaply at a store near you, then add it to your invoice.”

7. "I don't want to give you my credit card over the phone."
“If you prefer, you can order online from our website which utilizes SSL encryption to protect your data. Either that, or we can put the order through, though unfortunately there will be a 10% convenience fee added. If you don’t mind the extra cost, I can put the order through, or I can just take your card info down right now and save you money. What's better for you?”

If the client decides to cancel service because of the 10% convenience fee, inform them that you can waive the 10% fee one time only, and choose "NO" when asked if the client verified the fee. This should only be used when the client is attempting to cancel due to the fee.
