Warcraft was the game that turned the world of strategy upside down. It had the same impact on the world of gaming as Dune II. Warcraft III: The Reign of Chaos was the title of the third installment of Warcraft.

Warcraft was the game that turned the strategy world upside down. It changed the game like Dune II did. This was Warcraft III: The Reign of Chaos, the third part of Warcraft.

While Humans, Orcs and Elves buildings had to be build by peasants, Undead buildings are called by summoners and are straight from hell. Summoner (Acolytes) just needs to summon the building and it will begin to build up on its own, giving the Acolyte time to perform other tasks. Undead also have a different resource gathering model. You call a hunted mine over an existing mine and when it is finished, your Acolytes automatically teleport gold into your gold reserves from it. The Undead warrior, known as the Ghoul is the one responsible for wood collection. Ghouls are also used as first class fighters. They are adept at fighting and capturing wood. When you summon your primary stronghold the territory surrounding it transforms into a hell zone which allows you to summon other buildings on that territory.

Campaigns in Reign of Chaos include many sub-campaigns and missions. You can start by choosing to play with the Orcish clan or with the Humans. Once you've finished playing with the Orcs or Humans, you can play the Undead campaign.

Game is addictive and replayable. 3D buildings and units appear almost perfect. From stunning animations with magic effects to simple unit movements. Music in the game sounds just right. Sound quality is great, with only a few flaws.

Heroes are flawlessly implemented into the game and are well-integrated into the game. They are formidable adversaries thanks to their power and weapons.

Each mission is very interesting and has a compelling story. Although it may seem odd, the campaign is well-crafted. The story is well-written and set in beautiful cut scenes that transport you into the magical medieval world.



Each of the race creates the perfect atmosphere. You will be aware of the race you're playing and quickly become involved. Each race has its own unit that distinguish them from the other races. The Undead ability to raise dead warriors of the enemy is the best example. This alters the game a bit and is often a vital component to win the victory. The fact that each race has its own specific elements makes each race extremely addictive and enjoyable. Enemy A.I. is very well-done. It is well-done. formations, and you should try to get to your catapults and strike your most vulnerable unit in the first battle. It gives you the feeling that you are fighting someone. Datchley's News I didn't think I was fighting with the computer that was playing in a myriad of games that were too obvious. Computer will try to find your bases on the outside and take you down there. It monitors your movements. So besides some minor A.I. problems A.I. is great!




Cons -




The first thing I would like to point out here is the annoying sound of the Goblin units. Their noise really irritated me every now and then. It was the same every time I heard it. It could've been done better. Sometimes while fighting, A.I. It wouldn't have all its units fighting and would stand still until they were attacked. As the general A.I.
