Uykuluklu Kokoreç
OZZIE’S KOKOREÇ 1968’DEN BERİ
Ozzie’s Kokoreç 1968’den beri kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan bir lezzet hikayesi. Ozzie’s Kokoreç’i diğerlerinden farklı kılan, Makedon usulünde Uykuluklu Kokoreç olmasıdır. Ayrıca dana kokoreç değil; süt kuzu kokoreçtir. İçerisinde bulunan sıradan bir hayvansal yağ değil kuzu uykuluğudur. Bir kuzudan 30-70 gram arasında uykuluk çıkmaktadır. Bu anlamda kokorecimizi değerli ve farklı kılan özelliklerin başında bu gelir.
Dana kokoreç sert yapıdayken süt kuzu kokoreç daha yumuşak, daha lezzetli ve daha değerlidir. Sarmış olduğumuz kokoreçlerin içerisinde donmuş dana kuyruk yağı değil; uykuluk ve kuzu gömlek yağı bulunur.
İşletmemiz rezervasyonla müşteri alabilmektedir. Buradaki amaç; her müşteriye aynı özenin gösterilebilmesi ve her müşteriye özel olarak kokorecin pişirilmesidir. Ayrıca mekan kapasitesi sokak lezzetleri konseptine uygun olarak 4 masadan oluşmaktadır. Kokoreçlerimiz pişirilirken babadan kalma tarihi kokoreç ızgarası ve hakiki meşe kömürü kullanılmaktadır.
İşletmemiz internet üzerinden kokoreç siparişinin öncülerindendir. Ürünlerimiz tüm Türkiye’ye soğuk zinciri bozmadan kargolanabilmektedir. İstanbul içi siparişler (yakın ilçeler) moto kurye ile aynı gün teslim edilebilmektedir.
