A Course In Miracles
A Course in Miracles is so pure, so fantastic, so effective, and so considerably far more spiritually sophisticated than any other piece of the world's literature (previous and present), that you have to actually knowledge it to think it. But these whose minds are too attached to worldly thoughts, and lack the underlying thirst for true spiritual understanding that is needed for its understanding, will most likely not comprehend a single complete page. That is not since A Course in Miracles is confusing - on the contrary its principles are remarkably basic - but rather due to the fact it is the nature of spiritual expertise that those who are not prepared to realize it, simply can't realize it. As stated in the Bible, at the starting of the book of John: "The light shineth in darkness, and darkness comprehended it not".

I would like to say here to any Christian who feels that his church's teachings do not genuinely satisfy his thirst to know a sort, merciful and loving God, but is somewhat afraid to read the Course because of others' claims that it is inconsistent with "accurate" Christianity: Do not be concerned! I have read the gospels several times and I assure you that a Course in Miracles is entirely consistent with Jesus' teachings while he was on earth. Do not worry the fanatical defenders of exclusionist dogma - these poor men and women believe themselves to be the only carriers of Jesus' message, and the only ones worthy of his blessings, even though all other will go to hell. A Course in Miracles reflects Jesus' true message: unconditional love for *all individuals*. Whilst he was on earth, Jesus said to judge a tree by its fruit. So give it a attempt and see how the fruits that ripen in your life taste. If they taste negative, you can abandon A Course in Miracles. But if a course in miracles taste as sweet as mine do, and the millions of other correct seekers who have found A Course in Miracles to be practically nothing less than a heavenly treasure, then congratulations - and could your heart constantly be abundantly filled with peaceful, loving joy.
