Minecraft is now available to play cross-play on any device.
Microsoft's brand new Xbox One X was launched and users received an update on the latest Minecraft news. The main point is that Minecraft can now be accessed on all devices.
Microsoft talked about the most recent Minecraft update during its major E3 show.

The "Better Together Update" which brings together mobile, console, and Windows 10 versions of the game, is referred to as the "Better Together Update".
The update includes improved graphics and cross-platform support that allows Windows 10 and mobile Minecraft gamers to play together.
Minecraft will no longer be using any branding that is associated with Minecraft for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch or mobile games. Instead, they'll just be called "Minecraft". There's a "Minecraft: Java Edition', which is the original game for PC (still supported).
The brand's unified design is intended to let customers know that they're all playing the same game, that they can play with any player no regardless of the device they're playing on the company claimed.
These devices are able to support unified gaming play:
- Windows 10 - iOS - Android - XBox One - Nintendo's Switch
Players who own Minecraft for mobile or VR will be receiving an update during the summer. Minecraft owners on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch will get a no-cost update, and all the existing worlds created by gamers will be available in the new game.
All downloadable content will now be accessible on all devices as of the new update. A mobile-based pack will also work on Xbox and Windows 10 editions.
Minecraft has added a server browser as an added bonus feature to its latest update. It will launch with four servers - Lifeboat, Mineplex, InPVP and Cubecraft - which lets players join servers with monthly users that number in the millions, according to the company.
