Minecraft VR Arrives on Oculus Rift

The fans of the sandbox-based explorer game Minecraft will be able to lose themselves in its world of pixelated graphics, as the game launches on Oculus Rift.



Global Xbox and PC owners who own the headset will be able to get a free Windows 10 beta upgrade to enable them to join the VR world.

Mike McGrath, the AR/VR game's creator, wrote on Xbox Wire: "For new and experienced players, we hope that the VR experience offered by Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta will demonstrate the power, evocative and completely immersive VR can be."
