Tevfik Aif came up with a plan to offer 18% equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. The construction could also incorporate the Trump name as a substitute.

Bayrock Group hired world-renowned interior designers to decorate the building, while Handel Architects designed the structure.

In design and architecture, Handel Architects is recognized as a leader in the field with experience across the globe.

A few of the projects undertaken by the company includes the RitzCarlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., New York City, and the September 11th National Memorial.

Fendi Casa pieces were donated by the Rockwell Group to Trump Soho.

Rockwell Group is also known for its impressive portfolio, which includes Handel Architects. A number of luxury hotels and upscale restaurants are just a few of the many clients this firm has.

The deal was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

After the Soho Project, Tevfik Aif and Donald Trump have a relationship.
