When the PlayStation Network is next updated, those playing Minecraft on the PlayStation 3 will find two new skin packs available to purchase. One of them features koalas and cavemen, while the other focuses on the most well-known characters of the PlayStation 3.
According to PlayStation.blog The Battle And Beasts Skin Pack will allow players to dress up as koala bears or cavemen or even an ocotopus and even Cleopatra. The other pack, called "Skin Pack 1" is aimed at "hardcore PlayStation fans" and includes Minecraft versions of Uncharted leading character Nathan Drake, larcenous raccoon Sly Cooper, "folks from Heavy Rain" and "some Killzone dudes." We'd love to know more about the characters who will represent Heavy Rain and Killzone. BLASTER MUSIC However neither Minecraft creator Mojang nor Sony will provide any further details.
The announcement doesn't include pricing for the DLC skin packs. However, loyal Sony gamers will be glad to know that Skin Pack 1 is only available for the PlayStation 3 version of Minecraft. [Image: Mojang]
