Go to a Minecraft map site like Minecraftsix.com or Minecraftmaps.com on your computer.
2. Click on the name of a map to learn more about it.
3. Click the Download button when you have found the map you are looking for.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Right-click on the map folder and select Copy. Make sure the folder you copy is comprised of multiple folders that have names like ""DIM1"" or ""DIM-1."
6. In the Minecraft Launcher, click the menu and select Launch Options.

7. To confirm, enable "Advanced Settings" and click OK.
8. Click Add New.
9. Toggle the ""Game directory"" switch to switch it on.
10. To open the Minecraft game folder, click the green Arrow.
11. Double-click the folder to save it.
12. Copy the map folder you copied earlier into the saves folder by pressing Control + V on the PC or Command + V on the Mac.
13. To play the new map on Minecraft Launcher, first open Minecraft Launcher and then tap the menu. Next, select Launch Option. If you haven’t done so already, enable "Advanced settings" and then tap + Create New to choose and add your new folder. Once the map is added, it will appear in the Singleplayer menu with the other maps that you have.
