how to submit artwork:
- email it to: [email protected]
- if this doesn't work, you can send me a wetransfer link!
- please make sure your artwork is the correct size for instagram posting BEFORE sending it to me! (check "panels:" for the sizes).
- please be sure to sign and/or watermark your artwork so that no one can steal/repost/reproduce your artwork!
- for traditional works, be sure to take a picture under shade with no direct light, and make sure no other objects are in the shot (such as bedsheets, pencils, the sketchbook or side of paper, etc). if there is no color, you may edit the photo to be completely black and white for the best outcome! (if you need help editing your drawings, don't hesitate to ask for help!)
posting:
- you may post at whatever time is best for your reach, but it must be the same day.
- the first slide of your post must be your artwork.
- the following slides must be the panels (images of everyone's artwork together, created by the host) in order by name (it should look like: "kim woojin 2022 recap collab: panel 1", "kim woojin 2022 recap collab: panel 2", etc).
- the slides after the panels can be whatever you'd like (different angle shots, close-ups, etc).
- your post's bio must include: tag of the host, tag of each member in the collab, and the hashtag so people can find everyone's artwork more easily.
- each panel in the post must include the tag of each artist, respectfully.
panels:
- i will have 3 different orientations for each panel; landscape (1080 x 608 px), portrait (1080 x 1350 px), and square (1080 x 1080 px), so that no one has to worry about last minute resizing!
- if you cannot resize your artwork for posting, let me know and i can help you with it!
- panels will be sent out in 3 different emails; one for all landscape panels, one for all portrait panels, and one for all square panels. they will be sent to all of you at once, to the email you sent me your artwork with.
theme:
- 2022 recap includes any photo of or taken by woojin (concept photos, selfies, etc). it must be your artwork (no edits or use of other people's artwork), and can be traditional or digital.
- be sure to post your reference(s) to the groupchat so everyone knows what image(s) you're using!
