Bayrock Group is a New York-based business founded by Tevfik Arif ( Turkish Kazakh-Kazakh) in 2001. Donald Trump is one of the most prominent customers of the firm, which specializes in luxury real estate development.

Tevfik arif has conceived a plan which would grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership of the Soho building. The building would also bear the Trump name as a substitute.

Bayrock Group employed renowned interior designers to design the interior of this structure. Handel Architects created and constructed the structure.

The Ritz The Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C. and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City were only two of the numerous projects that the firm has been involved in.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture firm Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group also has an impressive resume, like Handel Architects. Numerous luxury hotels, exquisite restaurants, and casinos are some of the clients that the company serves.

The agreement was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in 2006.
