Önce portföyümüze 9-10 tane ekleme yapar sonra inandırıcı olması açısından ayda max 3 kere kendimiz satın alır puanımızı yükseltiriz. eğer iş alabilirsek hazır assetlerle hızlı şekilde bitirmeye odaklanırız. bununla ben ilgilenebilirim.
3- inşaat şirketleriyle görüşüp daha temeldeyken onlara teklif sunacaz. mimar çizmiş ve bina veya villanın az çok ne tarz olacağı belirliyse onu biz unreal içerisinde gerçekçi hatlarla oluşturup vr ile evlerin satılacağı müşteriye örnek daire tarzı evi sunacaz. burada satılırsa komisyon usülü çalışabiliriz veya direkt vr kurulum ücreti ile çalışabiliriz konuşuruz.
