1. Kementrian Sihir atau biasa dikenal MoM adalah suatu lembaga yang mengatur segala hal / apapun mengenai sihir. Mulai dari peraturan untuk di dunia sihir dalam lingkup negara Inggris, penggunaan mantra, serta pendidikan para penyihir.
2. Kementrian Sihir digunakan sebagai salah satu organisasi untuk mengatur kelancaran dunia sihir, dan digunakan untuk sebesar-besar kepentingan dunia Sihir. Baik dalam hal kepentingan kerahasiaan, hubungan dengan komunitas Non Penyihir, dan juga dalam ruang lingkup masyarakat Sihir Internasional. Pada akhirnya, setiap penyihir diharapkan dapat berkontribusi di Kementrian Sihir untuk kemajuan dunia sihir secara umumnya, dan Kementrian Sihir Inggris pada khususnya.
