I've had so many troubles along the way to deliver the bread. As I was going to the dock, two boys stole my bread, making my late to the dock. Since I was late, I had to go on a boat with british soldiers. On the boat, a soldier, Dow, tried to steal the bread, and a soldier, Higgins helped me. The boat stopped at Perth Amboy, 10 miles from Elizabeth-town. In Amboy, Higgins gave me a big coin. I decided to run to Elizabeth, and I soon started walking. While walking, the road stopped and turned into a forest. I later saw a man, Mr. Murdock, and he said Amboy and Elizabeth are 13 miles apart, and she has only goon 2. He let me come on his horse. On the horse, I dropped the bread into a pond, and then got it. We went to his house. At his house, Mrs. Murdock wanted me to take off her breeches, which would make them know i am a girl. I ran out of there house, realizing I left the bread there. I had to fight a pig to get it back, but I finally made it to the Jolly Fox Tavern, and delivered the bread.
