Minecraft Dungeons The Game will be Launched On May 26th.

If you're like me, and you'd like to purchase at minimum ten copies without needing to ask Executive Producer David Nisshagen or Game Director Mans Olson for them, Minecraft Dungeons will be available to pre-order on select platforms. If you're playing with Xbox Game Pass you can also be playing the day of release by installing the game on PC or console - starting today.

You may be asking "What is Minecraft Dungeons?". I could ask you that if you have been living under a brick, but I'd like to explain: Minecraft Dungeons, our new action-adventure game, and dungeon crawler-style game, lets up to four players fight to defeat Arch-Illager, his ever-present swarms and swarms every level is action-packed at a time. Not only can you do this in the company of your friends, but you also have all forms of weapons, artifacts, and enchantments available. And if you still have questions, ask our FAQ to answer all the whens as well as the hows and whys!



Is Minecraft Dungeons a Minecraft game? Minecraft Dungeons, a standalone game that is completely new, set in the Minecraft universe. It's got all the charm of blocks and challenges that Minecraft is famous for. Although you might not be able place blocks or build a home out of cobblestones, you are still an adventurer exploring the Overworld.



Are there any character classes available in Minecraft Dungeons Minecraft Dungeons doesn't have classes. Minecraft is all about the player creating their own playstyle and identity using the items they have. You are what you wear!



Xbox Game Pass will include Minecraft Dungeons. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to access both the console and Windows PC. LIBERTY The Standard Edition Minecraft Dungeons membership will include the Standard Edition. Xbox Game Pass members have access to up to 10 percent off related Minecraft Dungeons DLC, add-ons and games!



Are Minecraft Dungeons multiplayer? If so, how does it work and what are the rules? Grab your controller and dive in! Minecraft Dungeons supports up to four players in both local couch co-op as well as online co-op modes. We do not provide a couch.



Minecraft Dungeons will support cross-platform multiplayer. When it launches you'll be able play online multiplayer with your friends on the same platform. We're working on bringing cross-platform multiplayer to Xbox One, Windows 10 and Nintendo Switch in the near future, via a free upgrade.



Are there matchmaking options for online multiplayer? No. No.



Are the missions different from one game to the other? Yes! Every mission in Minecraft Dungeons consists of procedural content and carefully designed elements that are tied to the mission's objectives and narrative. This means that while certain missions will remain the same, the paths that you take, the mobs and treasure you find will change every time you play them.



Is there DLC? Yes! You'll have access to two brand new DLC packs when you purchase Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition. We will soon share more information.



Why is it that I can't pre-order Minecraft Dungeons for all platforms? Minecraft Dungeons will launch on all platforms, but it's not possible to pre-order on every platform. Keep in mind the official Minecraft Channels for the latest updates.
