I am most grateful for the beautiful blessings I got from each session of lomilomi. The mission of Hawaii Hideaways Inc. is to deliver a classic yet comfortable luxury product specifically designed for an exclusive clientele. We encourage families, businesspersons and specialty groups alike to enjoy our private, stunning inventory of homes. In 1980, while in the Aikido teacher training program in San Diego, California, Xavier began the study of the healing arts. After moving to Santa Barbara, California and opening an Aikido school, he attended the Santa Barbara School of Massage. Upon graduating, he attended the Santa Barbara School of Oriental Medicine and Shiatsu.

His goal is to create long term positive changes in the body, using a firm touch to “melt” tissue rather than trying to force through excessive pressure, which he believes is often counter-productive. I have been licensed since 2013 but have always been drawn to massage, and very intuitive with it. I specialize in deep tissue and also like to work a lot of trigger points for a hurts so good massage that will leave you feeling like a new person. Lien has worked as an Esthetician and Nail Technician at Yuan Spa since 2015. She also works in the financial field, which sounds opposite to most, but both allow her to focus on helping people, which she finds most rewarding. She strives to give each client the ultimate pampering and relaxing experience and works to provide special attention to detail in every treatment she performs.

Jacque sees clients on a by-appointment basis, and always welcomes new clients into his chair. He also believes that when people feel good about themselves, they make others feel good, and it is his delight and honor to continue spreading that energy into our world. Naomi is certified in a range of Massage and Bodywork modalities including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Pregnancy Massage and Sacred Hawaiian Massage. She is also a Reiki Master and trained in Dry Brush Exfoliation Massage and CranioSacral Therapy. Tailoring each therapy session to the specific needs of the individual, Naomi uses an array of massage techniques and intuitive touch to help clients reach their therapeutic goals. Joshua Arceneaux, Licensed Massage Therapist and Brand Educator began his hospitality career over 18 years ago while working as VIP Concierge for the Walt Disney World, Co.

In the event that an instructor does need to enter the massage space, their presence would be announced. Hawaii Massage Clinic is an important component of Lomino Hawaii Massage School’s diploma program. Your licensed therapist may perform light stretches to tight areas. As one area gets stretched, the therapist may massage surrounding regions. Karen specializes in hot stone therapy, relaxation, therapeutic, pregnancy and deep tissue techniques. Holly is an empathetic and knowledgeable esthetician with a deep love for facials and skin care. She is trained in Chakra Balancing, which has proven to be her favorite service to provide clients in need of a good cleansing for both their skin and their energy. Daniel believes that flexibility and mobility are the key to a healthy and pain free lifestyle. He enjoys working with athletes as well as clients who are suffering from limited range of motions.
As the owner of my own Naked Truth Organic Wines, LLC, which has been a lifestyle I have adapted to the last 7 years of my life understanding that health is wealth. In my practice I specialize in myofascial release, sports injury, pregnancy, deep tissue, trigger point release, and cupping therapy. I value taking my time to listen to clients so I can more effectively treat their needs and leave them relaxed. I enjoy providing supportive and helpful feedback that clients can take home as part of their continued self care regime. My training with Ashmead College of Massage in 2005 had prepared me to massage injuries and rejuvenating the body. As a massage therapist I assist the body healing itself naturally so you can be comfortable pursuing daily agendas.
As one of IO’s first hires, Jennifer started in 2002 as an esthetician, quickly building a devoted clientele that helped establish IO as the go-to destination for facials in the Bay Area. A valuable team player with an entrepreneurial streak, Jennifer naturally took the reins of the esthetics program, developing the spa’s curated offering of skin services. Founded on natural, effective skincare and expert hands, IO facials are famous for their impeccable flow and stunning results.
Sarah has worked as a Massage Therapist here on the central coast since 2007. After graduating from the California Holistic Institute, she began working at some of the top country club and athletic gyms here on the coast. She currently has over 700 hours of massage training in a wide range of modalities. She specializes in treating the body with a combination of Myofacial Release Therapy, Accupressure, Stretch and Release Therapy, and a little Lomi Lomi in each session. The majority of her experience ranges from working with people who have disabilities, the retired community, tennis, swimming, and golfer athletes. Also a mother to two young daughters, she loves working with expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy and has many years of hands on experience.

The massage style is determined by what the student massage therapists have studied and are currently studying. The spa manager and the founder of the spa are massage therapists - we understand the challenges of our profession. As a practicing therapist, Olivia is motivated to learn new and innovative techniques as wells hone her skills with techniques learned. She has spent years learning from the leaders in the profession of massage and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and affiliations. As an advocate for continued education, she “walks her talk” by taking at least two classes every year; one class to review a learned modality and a new one to expand her experience and knowledge. Along with devoting her time to teaching, Samantha currently has her own practice where she is passionate about helping others towards wellness.
Her authentic style of healing and results is brought on by her empathetic nature to help others. Vivian’s goal is to create a positive impact on her clients’ health and support them in their journey of wellness. Vivian is skilled in Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Sports Massage Therapy. She also specializes in oncology massage, and feels that massage is key in supporting the treatment process. By focusing on each guest’s sense of comfort and relaxation, she can help to achieve results without pain or discomfort.
I found a beautiful little courtyard outside at the airport to eat my lunch and let the smells and feel of Hawaii soak in a bit. I then made the hop to Hilo which is a small, very nice little airport. I was picked up by a van from the place where the training was taking place and met a couple of the people I would be training with.
Lin moved to Vermont after working at spas in Texas for 25 years to enjoy the peace and serenity of a Vermont Lifestyle. Lin is trained in many areas of bodywork including Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy but prefers relaxation massage and performing wonderful body treatments in our tranquil wet room. David was trained as a neuro-muscular therapist and takes great pride in working with clients that present specific injuries and challenges beyond the relaxation massage.
My areas of study are Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, chair massage, and Lomi Kapa Lele Hawaiian Bodywork. As a Massage Therapist Joshua specializes in hot stone therapy, reflexology, Swedish & deep tissue massages, body treatments, Lomi Lomi, and reiki. If you don’t know which treatment you need, Joshua will take the time to listen to your goals and determine the pressure, temperature, and massage style best suited for your experience. Oriana specializes in Oncology massage but also enjoys relaxation and deep tissue massage. She loves the outdoors and brings her love of nature and fitness to her work. She also is trained in lomi lomi and has many years of practice and continuing education that her skilled hands bring to the table.
