Worked on third video in for compliance approval - pension plan video. Steph said compliance asked to take off the disclosure page at end and resubmit. Prepared, edited, compressed the video and sent back to Steph for compliance approval.
Emailed Akande Davis regarding a Compliance Alert Garrett mentioned today - highlighted legal attacks on advisor and financial service websites whose sites aren't disability optimized or compliant. Asked Akande about this and whether ATWM has been compliant and what might be needed to protect from any of these type of legal attacks/threats.

Meeting w/ Garrett to discuss marketing solutions scope list items and Steph's questions/answers he prepared. In this meeting, we also went over how we can email our new videos and how to post them on the website. After calling FMG support we were told it would be best to first place the videos onto the website and afterwards we can copy/paste the URL of these videos and incorporate it into the email so they simply have to click the link and it'll open up on the webpage.
I emailed Akande after our meeting as Garrett wanted me to move forward on having him look into the website video placement project. Will
follow up after hearing back as I asked him to give us feedback and suggestions on best way to do this. Garrett thought placing them on the blog pg
and having 15 listed then it would forward to the next 15 etc. keeping it from getting too long.
Andrew successfully installed the Google Review button and tested it and it works. It was not the same outcome on Nathan's as some formatting issue was taking place and moving the image - after an hour of trying to correct this issue he had to close it out and I'll research Outlook's formatting issues and try again on Monday. The good news is Andrew's email is in full operations and he can begin to see reviews come in.
