Boredbud04, a Redditor, posted a short video showing some of the 'Back Items. These are cosmetics that take up the space normally used for other items and can add a touch of style to characters. They are more extravagant than other skins since they alter the shape of your character. While some are just wings, it's hard not to notice how large they are when they begin blocking the market screen.
The biggest culprit in every sense is Inner Ghosts, the pink one that Boredbud04 highlights in the second. If it were located in the middle, this little bit of back bling would fill the entire screen. This is a problem when you are playing multiplayer games. You can easily harass other players simply by being in the front of them.
