Minecraft Fan Recreates Ghostbusters Theme, makes us Feel Good.

Minecraft players can do quite a lot using tools like Redstone and even recreate classic songs. We're not afraid to use the Minecraft Ghostbusters theme song

Minecraft players love a good recreation. Sometimes, it's a location like the Stranger Things house. Sometimes, it's more intricate like the people who recreate Elden Ring in the Sandbox. This time, it's an Minecraft Ghostbusters recreation, except it's more of a musical version.

Raevix on Reddit posted a video that asks a simple question "Who Are You Going to Call?" We all know the answer to that nobody can be bothered to text. This is clearly a reference to Ghostbusters and Raevix shows an extremely complex and impressive music machine constructed from Redstone that plays the movie's classic theme tune.

3k Notes, 2 minutes of music, One heaping of redstone spaghetti Who are you going to contact? From Minecraft

The whole thing is a testament to not only the incredible brilliance of the song and Redstone as well as the incredible level of patience Raevix must have. The intricacy alone will have most of us sobbing in the corner, but to persevere with it and try it an inexplicably many times to find the right answer must have been agonising.

As Raevix has explained in a post, the nearly 3000 notes needed for this would be way too much for an linear circuit therefore they had to get creative. "It was a thought to me that there's enough repetition in the song that I could be able to save space by breaking the song down into loops and creating an electronic circuit that continuously activates loops and then deactivates them to create the entire song."

The version that was made was an attempt to be creative, but they are planning to recreate it in survival mode. You can even download the world file and see the process in action. It's possible that you don't have to download the world file, however it could be beneficial.
