This Zelda Breath of The Wild Mod For Minecraft Completely Hyrules

The stunning and beautiful landscapes of Breath of the Wild are such an obvious match for Minecraft that someone designed the entire BOTW map last year, but it was just a starting point. Another modder pair have added in some crucial Zelda gameplay with a functional Sheikah Slate and all its capabilities, a boomerang Sheikah towers and much more. You can give the creepers you hate the sound of their exploding efforts a taste of your torture by using Link's remote detonator bombs.



PCGamesN has spotted that the Breath Of The Wild datapack was developed in collaboration with modders Craiy and Joris. It's very cool.



The Bokoblin camps are very common in Minecraft, and the rarer Sheikah Towers that look like the massive spires Link climbs over Hyrule are the most obvious elements you'll see in your Minecraft world. Fighting Bokoblins and taking their Boko Stick clubs is a good first step, but your second order of business should definitely be crafting some ladders and climbing up to the top of the Sheikah tower. There you'll be able to grab the old Sheikah multitool of destruction and be free to start making destruction.



You can move and pick up blocks of metal such as copper or iron by using the magnesis function.



Actually, it would be pretty neat to build floating water bases that can only be entered by ice pillars made of cryonis, no? I tried channeling Link by dropping iron blocks on the top of bokoblins, but they just sped through them and land on their own. The boomerang, hero's tunic and hero's tunic may be rare but they're worth trying to find. Craiy will go over everything and more in the mod show video that follows.



The current version of the BOTW datapack is for Minecraft 1.19 with all the cool new features, however Craiy claims that the team is planning to make another version of the pack that has even more Zelda tidbits.



The creator of the impressive Breath of the Wild map released last year decided not to release it to download. It is better to be on the lookout for the one that is being developed by Grazzy. This is the datapack that Craiy and Joris used as a demonstration. I'm not sure if you'd want to put the two together, considering that Grazzy is building her own Sheikah towers, and the BOTW datapack creates them by on its own, for what it's worth. You can also mix your Zeldas and the Wind Waker style that you can see on our top Minecraft texture packs.
