Fortnite Creative has Courses For Minecraft Educators Now

Fortnite Creative can be an effective tool to learn in the same way that Minecraft can be. It might seem odd to people who aren't in the classroom anymore, but Minecraft's Education version is extremely popular, which is probably why Fortnite Creative has courses to help users use both.



The Epic blog released the course in the last few days and it is specifically designed to help "secondary educators familiarize with Minecraft how Fortnite Creative can be used in the classroom." It comprises 11 videos that demonstrate various features and functions of Fortnite Creative to demonstrate how users can use it for teaching.



The blog post itself provides an overview of what are likely to be the two most significant differences between the two games in terms of building. As you probably know Minecraft is all about building things brick by brick. Fortnite, however, has assets that can be used immediately. It's theoretically faster to build in Fortnite however it does lack some of the complexity provided by the other primary differentiator: the coding components.



Minecraft can be used as a tool for teaching to explain the logic behind programming, thanks to its complicated command blocks and Redstone mechanisms. Fortnite isn't as deep. amount of depth, however it does provide the same freedom via different mechanisms and devices.
