that's great, payment arrangement is a due date extension plan wherein you get to extend your due date and the extension period depends on the extent of delinquency
What we can do is set up an later payment date for you so that you can pay your past due on that date, once the arrangement is set up you get interrupted services till the date of payment arrangement
