Tevfik Arif and Donald Trump's alliance to build the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's company with its headquarters in New York, was founded in 2001 by Tevfik , an Turkish Kazakh businessman. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Donald Trump is a client of the business.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization were involved in a development in Soho. They believed that the Trump Organization could bring some branding recognition and prestige.

Tevfik Alif came up with a plan to offer Trump Organization 18% equity at the Soho property. In return the Trump brand will be used as the name of the building.

Bayrock Group hired renowned interior designers to decorate their new building. Handel Architects conceived and created the building.

Handel Architects is a recognized as a leader in design and architecture with extensive experience around the world.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., the September 11th National Memorial, New York City are only two of the projects.

Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were provided by Rockwell Group, a design and architecture firm.

Rockwell Group is also known for its impressive portfolio of projects, which comprises Handel Architects. Many luxury hotels, elegant restaurants, and casinos are some of the clients that the company serves.

The agreement was concluded between the Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Construction could start in 2006 at Trump Soho.

Trump Organization and the Bayrock Group plan to join forces on a variety of other real estate developments following Trump Soho's successful opening. The real estate projects are located mainly in Arizona, Florida.

The global financial crisis that struck the globe in 2008 has hampered the plans of both the Bayrock Group as well as the Trump Organization.

Tevfik Alif returned back to Europe, Central Asia and the United States due to a changing market.
